Change the lock of your front door, some day you will find them and then you can put the lock back in when you move out

Keys can be duplicated legally but the key maker will ask for some documents and I guess your landlord’s permission.

If there are numbers and/or letters (Not Abus) on the other side, then the key is a part of an key system. These keys can be duplicated only by the owner of the system.

Any locksmith will make you a copy of the one on the left.
The key on the right is your problem. Without the “key card”, you will not get a copy.
So yes, you will have to come clean as the landlord will find out, at the latest when you move out and need to return the keys.
