Ciao a tutti!

It will be if you have an accident. Get into contact with the insurance and have the number adjusted.

  2. You have a contract with the insurance that says they insure your car under the condition that you drive less than 6000km per year. If you drive more, you’re in breach of that contract.

If it’s only 10-15% they might just ask you to pay the difference in case they find out. If it’s much more, they may refuse to pay completely. Or you have to pay a fine (much more than the contract for more km).

  3. You should tell them. If they find out (for example because you had an accident) you will have to pay the additional km and they will most likely penalize you. Probably around a years worth of premiums as contract penalty with those km.

If you tell them you just have to pay the additional km.

I think I can change the value online and adjust the contract, but I am not sure if that wil affect the current year or only the new one.

So if your insurance has an online portal, you mighr be able to just change it in a form and get am updated or new contract.
