This won’t solve anything.
The biggest issue with animal ownership is a self imposed gate keeping by charities. This provides all the bad incentives that fuel all the other issues.
It’s nice to see the Government do something positive for a change, amid postponed elections, trying to roll back Jury trials and expand the surveillance state.
Anyone want to place bets on if animals will have more rights than humans by the end of this government?
