I think that guy who ran over all the people in Liverpool is the undisputed the road rage champion. This guy might be pretty angry but just yelling at people won’t cut it for any angriest man awards.

This guy sounds like he has a mental illness. Not saying he shouldn’t be jailed, but he’sprobably going to be out soon, and unless you want to pay for him to be locked up permanently, a way to help him keep control needs to be found.
