We can laugh at the Russians all day long, but when they can run into a village and capture both military and civilians, what does that tell us about the state of those units in the village?

Can the Ukrainians at least wait until they dismount so as not to hurt the horses? All for taking the Russians out but I hate how animals are punished as well.
