I wonder whether that case in France and that brave woman who waived her anonymity there was key for this person coming forward?
Abhorrent but the bravery of this poor person has done the same.
Throw away the keys for these lot.

Something I don’t get about this is how the hell in this case and the similar one in France, anyone actually agrees to take part.
Like, how do you even broach the subject and all of them say yes instead of politely declining then reporting him immediately?
If one of my friends said “I’m regularly drugging my wife and allowing men to rape her, do you fancy a go?” I’d immediately go to the police.
Is everyone just mental?

I read about that before…. awful how some men treat women

I sat on a jury earlier in the year for a case exactly the same as this. It goes to show there are multiple groups of men doing this at any one time.

In 1975 the House of Lords said there was a defence to a charge of rape of honest but unreasonable belief in consent. It was a case similar to this and what they said caused outrage for decades, although in that case (Morgan) the man were convicted.
Twenty years later a barrister claimed this meant it was for the Crown to prove his claimed belief was genuine, even though it was very unreasonable. That was obviously impossible so he had to be acquitted.
Apparently the judge thought the man was dangerous, because he described the facts in detail as findings. The whole case was suppressed because it might hurt the barrister’s career.
He had a long career full of accusations of sexual assault, but the defence that he thought the woman was gagging for him worked every time until it didn’t.

It is odd that the accused does not have the right to anonymity. If he is acquited his life will be effectively ruined anyway.

I imagine the self appointed protectors of women and children will be rioting outside and setting fire to local Conservative Clubs?

Ah more men that see women as their property. Most divorces I see at 38 now are literally men’s needs to control, dominate and treat women as property not true equals. It all boils down to this.

The BBC have exposed their home addresses…
These people are likely scumbags but that doesn’t give the BBC the right to dox people. Especially people that are going to have large swaths of the population hating them.

Wiltshire Police told the BBC officers are still trying to identify another man in connection with the investigation.
Based on images taken between April and May 2022, he was described as being of a large build, with scarring to the back of his head, prominent lips, a hairy body and a distinctive tattoo on the left side of his chest. He was also said to be balding with short or shaved hair.
Officers have asked anyone with information about the man to contact police.
