I’ve got a name: Awesome Silesian Settlement (minus Sosnowiec).

This is just an administrative name change and moving city limits on a map, not any new city being planned.
There is no other proper name for this proposed city than Hanyso-Gorolewice.
*Hanys – Upper Silesian in Lesser Polish, Gorol – Dąbrowa Coal Basin inhabitant in Silesian.
