They are cyrillic letters “ю”, “х”, ”у”. It is pronounced “yu”, “x” (or “h”), “u”. It is the name of the band
So glad that you liked it. Basically during Soviet period Azerbaijani language used Cyrillic letters.
They wrote in the poster:
«Юху» which is written in modern Azerbaijani “yuxu” and it means “the dream”.
