    1. Depends on how big the print was, there’s no obvious nail mark so a feline is quite possible.

I’d say it’s a hare. They run or gallop like that sometimes.

    3. Without a size reference, it could be a bit hard to determine – but the roundness of the pattern and the fact they go in pairs, hints at it being a lynx! There arent many creatures in Finland that have round paws after all. Foxes and wolves have a mild teardrop shape to their paws, and their walking pattern is more of a perfect line, with each pawprint following each other. Wolverine has more elongated paws, similar to bear paws.

Checks some boxes but not conclusively enough to tell. Round paws, ok, gait a bit atypical. Too old to see actual patterns.

Hard to say from the quality of the prints. You often get better samples a bit off the road – the most telling sign is usually that there is a lot space for all the fur all around the actual print.

My guess would be fox. It’s hard to tell whether the paws have small nails out or not, and usually lynx prints are more circular. Lynx prints are also rather large. The lynx also doesn’t usually gallop or leave these kinds of larger gaps between 2 closely spaced ones. There should also be a clear difference between the back and front prints. Could be lynx, could be fox. Old prints.
