      This is good news. We should not normalize private health care especially in publicly funded hospitals

      Must be pretty distressing and frustrating for those who want private treatment can’t pay for it.

      Great news; the more resources that can be put into public care the better.

      I’m sure if there’s demand a private hospital will fill the gap for private patients.

      I wish they’d put some time/money/effort into improving the care in public maternity services before they removed private

      I used swmi private for my second kid, mainly because of the public appointment waiting time. I couldn’t afford to wait hours as I needed to be there for my first kid like picking them up from childcare etc…
