It’s by Seltmann Weiden, one of many German porcelain manufacturers. They still produce and sell today.

I recently inhereted an entire set of plates, bowls etc. from this exact series. My aunt had them in the late 70s already, so it seems to be at least ca. 45 to 50 years old.

Must be produced post-war but before 90s since it says West-Germany. Very common for “Kaffee und Kuchen”, German Tradition of meeting with friends or family in the afternoon and eating cake together (mostly common under older Germans)

German here: We have exactly this porcelain series (“Annabell”) at home. It is still sold over here – the manufacturer is Seltmann Weiden Bavaria.
