Zagreb? Možemo is the ruling party in Zagreb. This is one of many examples of anti-možemo graffiti. If you only look around a bit you will probably see a lot more, anything mentioning Možemo, Tomašević, Tommy, senf.

It means you have no right of way and you must not only yield but come to a complete stop before advancing to the street you are merging into. The sign below means that you are allowed to merge only by turning right, which is to say that it is likely a one way street that you are merging into or that it poses a significant risk to merge/turn left.

Možemo! (We Can!) is centre-left, green political party that is ruling in Zagreb for the second time in arrow. Right-wing activists hate it because they run the city successfully and fixed economy in a record time after 20 years of having corrupt mayor. Udruge (associations) is pointing how city government gives money to non-profit organizations and associations (just like hella corrupt country government does all the time). Basically, right-wing activists are offended because they aren’t the ones getting the money so they constantly vandalize facades with graffiti and traffic signs with stickers.

You’ll see them often in city centre; just look at graffiti that says “Tomašević”, “sekta”, “marš van” and others.
