    Il presidente Zelenskyj ha affermato che se il piano di pace prevede un referendum, gli ucraini costretti a lasciare l’Ucraina a causa della guerra con la Russia dovranno poter votare.

      And Russians shouldn’t be allowed to vote in the referendum.
