Is there more to the case or why haven’t Spain bought from EU countries?
Does the Hurjet do light attack kind of stuff as well? Not that that fleet is large enough to fill both roles really
I guess Spain has no problem doing weapons deals with murderous dictatorships that kill minorities who seek freedom.
People love criticising Spain for military spending, but they exceeded 2% this year and actually have a very solid armed forces.
One of the best navies in Europe (which is expanding) and have a closer relationship with Turkey than arguably any other NATO country. Strategically and materially, a crucial country in the alliance.
The only difference is Spain doesn’t lie about a 5% target which others only claim they will hit to appease trump.
The development of Turkey’s arms industry in recent years is crazy.
They inked it? Like printed it? I hope they sign it
