Utilizza i dati ufficiali del registro dei prezzi degli immobili ma li arricchisce con la posizione geografica e gli attributi della casa per maggiori dettagli.
Ove possibile, la pagina dei dettagli dell’immobile mostra anche il prezzo di inserzione e quello dell’agente immobiliare e calcola la differenza tra il prezzo di vendita e il prezzo di inserzione originale.

This is brilliant, looking at listed prices leaves me speculating way too much

It only shows a few apartments in my complex. Many more have sold this year or in the previous years.
Can you include currently listed properties and compared to sold properties? To identify undervalued ones?

Personally, It would suit my needs my needs more if you could filter by either bedrooms or square meters. This is really cool though and useful as is.
