I will be honest there are way better places on that list to do an exchange program
Outside of Mexico I think anything else is better but I’m biased 🙂
To be honest, education level is respectable for Belgian Universities.
The food is delicious as well.
People are generally friendly and safe to be around.
The weather sucks tho.
Literally every country on that list is more worth going to for an exchange program imo
This country is boring as hell and there’s nothing to see here, great place for food and beer but it’s a cultural nothingburger
