      Trump does this all the time. He does not like Zelensky, he does not like Ukraine. Bolton outlines this in the most simple way possible. Trump thinks Zelensky screwed up his election chances and got him impeached because Zelensky had no dirt on Joe Biden. Trump rather thinks Putin is his friend, but then trump gets burned by his “friend” Putin so he then puts on a front that he’s not happy with the guy he wishes he could be. rinse, repeat, recycle.
