      Let’s stop rubbing ourselves up with our own sensitivities. Russians don’t care. Those 400,000 read as “Rounded up, this is 0.00% of our infinite meat supply” to Russians.

      Let’s express it using metrics they do care about.

      Russia’s energy business accounts for 40-45% of their state revenue.
      a. 40-45% of their state revenue is gone.
      b. Over the course of a year, the number of Russians who have motor transport when they need it: near-0%.
      c. Over the course of a year, the number of Russians who have electricity when they need it: near 0%.

      That same energy business Ukraine has started a campaign to dismantle by pounding it into the ground, and then keep pounding it into the ground with ever growing numbers of Sapsans, Flamingos, Neptunes and Sea Babies until it does the Russian Black Sea Fleet thing, ***gives up trying***, and stays dead.

      Let’s tell them how much of that energy business they paid with, for 0.8% of Ukraine.

      Because when that energy business is gone, with is, so is “The New Russian Path”.
