Recently u/UFL_Robin flew across the pond with a ridiculous amount of suitcases, many of which contained genuine CAT tourniquets. They are around $11 cheaper in the USA vs Ukraine.

This is the final step of distribution. We make posts asking for help, you wonderful people donate, Robin packs up supplies and flies. Then those supplies are driven to Ukraine and given to various recipients via nova poshta. I bother off-duty soldiers with trucks to go pick it up. Then it goes to the front line. This time I took it all on a train with me.

It is mainly foreigners holding the line in Zap. They are under equipped and undermanned. Many are Latin American and arrive without winter gear or money to pay for basics. Above you can see them getting IFAKs. We were able to supplement those with an additional tourniquet to make them more likely to survive.

All of this was funded by donations here to the joint med supply fund between UFL and PAV which goes to foreign volunteers in Ukraine.
