Quindi il mio amico lavora a Malta a tempo pieno da 2 anni ed è interessato ad acquistare una nuova auto con un budget di circa 10000e – 12000e… e io sono davvero stupido quando si tratta di dare suggerimenti sulle auto. Tutti i suggerimenti sono molto apprezzati. Grazie molto

I suggest you not to give advice to your friend about cars
10-12K is not enough for a new car in Malta.
Your friend will be better off buying a japan import for that money. Cheapest new car I can think of is a dacia sandero with no extras at 18k.
