Developers bribed city officials for something or other. In 2025 the supreme court upheld the case and several politicians were found guilty. Scandal was pretty big in 2020. That was also the year development was planned to end initially.
Development will probably eventually proceed but i have no info when.

This building took down the whole government. Due to the corruption case prime minister resigned. The case stopped the development. The developer struggles to find financiers with the negative background of the project and the boom for new shopping centers has cooled down. 200 million euro project
