Everything soars except wages, there is only so much they can squeeze out of people before there is nothing left.
Good. Uber drivers should pay the same tax all their competitors do.

The people that lose out here are the poorest in society; this government really makes me sick.
It only increases costs in London.

Outside of London Uber has already rewritten driver contracts to minimize all this…shocked I tell you
Uber prices are already outrageous. Just slightly less outrageous than black cabs.
£30 to go 6 miles from the city centre to my house after a night out. Happened twice prior to Christmas, the best bit was being stood around in the cold for over an hour waiting for a driver.
Uber ran out most of the taxi ranks in my city and now don’t even bother to turn up themselves.
Arent waymo the driverless cars coming to London this year?
