Ho appena richiesto alla SPARKASSE di inviarmi un nuovo PIN per la mia app di online banking e ora devo crearne uno nuovo, che è l’esperienza più esasperante che abbia mai avuto. Ho provato tutte le combinazioni di password che mi vengono in mente (circa un centinaio in questo momento, anche se ho letto le loro istruzioni per generare un nuovo PIN) ma semplicemente non l’ho accettato. Ero incazzato ma ho comunque chiamato gentilmente SPARKASSE e ho chiesto cosa avrei dovuto fare, ma loro hanno semplicemente detto che in realtà non lo sapevano (il che è sarcasticamente ridicolo), e hanno detto che dovevo capirlo da solo. Ora, dopo una settimana di tentativi e di testimonianza di una moltitudine di stressanti fallimenti, voglio solo chiedere a chiunque abbia vissuto un’esperienza simile e abbia il modo imperico di uscire da questo pasticcio, di aver molto bisogno del tuo aiuto. PIN is an acronym for “personal identification number”.
Just out of curiosity: have you tried a traditional PIN? 6 or maybe even just 4 numerical digits?
Pretty sure for the app itself you need to create your own password/-code and then it asks for the Online Banking Code, which is usually a mix of letters and numbers (and only 5 long) when first given to you, not the one you use when getting money from an ATM.
