Ciao. Mio padre è cittadino di Cipro e anch’io voglio candidarmi. Tuttavia, ho alcune domande a riguardo.

Grazie in anticipo.

Third documents is at it states. Copy of your and your parents passport. Translated. Doesn’t need to be RoC. If your father has a Filipino passport your mother a RoC passport and you an Ivory coast passport it requires that 3.

1 Your birth certificate. If you have RoC, you are already a citizen; if you were born anywhere else other than TRNC, you need that birth certificate notarized and an English translation with an apostille. If you were born in the TRNC, good luck; wait for a solution to the Cyprus issue.

2 If your parents married in RoC, their marriage certificate is enough if they married anywhere else other than TRNC, including Turkey, you need to have its notarized English version with an apostille.

3 Your father’s RoC passport with you and your mother’s non-TRNC passports. Preferably UK, worst case Turkey.

4 Your father’s RoC birth certificate. It doesn’t matter where he was born; if he has ROC citizenship, he has a version of the ROC birth certificate.

    5 is as it is.
