Try to put the next station instead of using your location.
is this an old screeenshot? because its not 09:11 in switzerland so wherever you are in the world where its 09:11, thats your issue. change your starting location to somewhere closer to switzerland.
Your Smartone is in energy-saving mode (indicated by the yellow battery icon). This may disable the location service?
Happens to me a lot because I have an ad blocker in my home network.
seems like you have bad connection, put in a departure manually
