Avevo già pubblicato il mio primo Lohikeitto alcuni mesi fa, nell’estate del 2025. Se vuoi guardarlo è il post in cima al mio profilo lol.

Questo è il mio quarto Lohikeitto! Questa volta ho trovato l’aneto fresco, ho comprato del salmone freschissimo (che era anche MOLTO costoso perché l’Italia) e ho aggiunto altro burro. L’ho cucinato per il giorno di Silvestro a mia mamma, papà, sorella, zio e nonna e l’hanno adorato tutti! Devo ammettere che era DIECI VOLTE delizioso come il mio primo tentativo.

    I’m a native Finn and lohikeitto is probably one of my fav foods. This looks great, I’m glad it was a hit!

    Looks great. So I’m sure it tasted great as well. I’m guessing you added something creamy into it, since it’s colored like it has something creamy in it? Imo that’s a crucial part of lohikeitto.

    looks greate, im from germany and looking for Northern fish recipes. i will try it nexttime i get some salmon.
