Buongiorno, settimana scorsa ho ricevuto questa lettera per Radiotax che conteneva un numero iban e bic. Non riesco a capire se dovrei aspettare l’addebito diretto o pagare l’importo in anticipo.
Qualche informazione sull’intera faccenda, vivo in un WG e nessuna delle persone che vivono qui ha idea di cosa fare, quindi dopo 3 mesi di richieste, ho finalmente deciso di farlo da solo. Quando ho compilato inizialmente il modulo, ho specificato che volevo effettuare un bonifico bancario. Ma pochi giorni dopo una delle persone che vivono con me ha detto di cambiarlo in addebito diretto. Poi l’ho cambiato e ha effetto dall’ottobre 2025. Ma la settimana scorsa ho ricevuto questa lettera e da allora non ho più ricevuto nessun’altra lettera.
Non mi dispiace pagare in anticipo, ma non desidero pagare due volte. Per favore aiutami.
Ho anche provato a chiamare il numero indicato nella lettera, 01806 999 555 20, ma non si connette. Dovrei aggiungere qualche estensione numerica a questo numero?

the letter requests you to pay via bank transfer. doesn’t look like they have got your bank account data, thats why they include that direct debit form (letter says “please fill out the form if you wish to pay via direct debit in the future” in the 3-row-paragraph)
When did you send the change to direct debit? Even though you submitted “starting Oct 2025”, I don’t think they can do retroactive direct debit. I would pay this one by bank transfer and then expect the next payment to happen by direct debit
Edit: they ask you to pay the amount because they apparently could not withdraw the money from your account so you must transfer them the money.
If you wish for future payments you can fill the SEPA Lastschriftmandat, which will allow them to withdraw the money for the next payments.
