Ciao, sono un turista che non vede l’ora di visitare presto la Germania. Per comodità, ho acquistato un deutschlandticket tramite l’app MVV. Ho sentito che è necessario disdire l’abbonamento altrimenti verrà automaticamente pagato il ticket per il mese successivo. Tuttavia, ho ricevuto un’e-mail che informava che il mio abbonamento era stato annullato anche se non ho fatto nulla. I termini sono cambiati o devo fare qualcos’altro per annullare? Questa è l’e-mail che ho ricevuto.

If I understand it right they cancelled it because they cant use your Payment method. Just buy the Ticket when you Arrive here otherwise you pay for the Months you dont use the Ticket. The best option is just to contact them and ask them what they mean.
It says it’s cancelled effective 01.02.2026 (are you American? Because that means on the first of February, not second of January). It’s a monthly subscription and if you only want to use it this month, you have to cancel the subscription. That’s happened here. If you didn’t cancelled it, you should use the contact information.
