Domanda: se c’è un certificato medico d’incapacite de travail nella scatola "Uscita controindicata dal punto di vista medico" controlla come "Non"significa che le norme sull’assenza autorizzata da casa non sono applicabili e la persona può uscire liberamente?

No, you can leave the house but you still have to follow the rules.

    Hi!
Yes exactly. Though in Luxembourg you are officially not allowed to leave home for the first 5 days except for médical appointment or to eat out (but technically you should declare it to CNS)
After 5 days, you are authorised to be out from 10 to 12 and 14 to 18:00. Either way you can’t leave the country without having authorization from CNS via a specific form (let’s say you have family abroad and want to rest at their place).
And theoretically they can control you at your home until 21:00 in the evening.
If your sick leave is longer than 6 weeks if I recall, you can ask the CNS to ease up some of those restrictions.
