E ancora un gruppo di turisti è nei guai a Gaustatoppen. Vengono chiamati i servizi di emergenza. Fa dannatamente freddo ed è esposto lassù. Spero che ce la faranno.
Il mio appello a tutti, nazionali e stranieri, che stanno per tentare questo picco ora nel mezzo dell’inverno: sappiate in anticipo che siete preparati e abbastanza esperti per questo, e che avete attrezzature e vestiti adeguati, anche per i casi in cui dovete trovare riparo e scavare per la notte o finché la tempesta non passa.

The problem is that they do some self help book style preparations. Make a few trips and reads a few books.
Extremely rare to see these knuckleheads actually hike as part of an experienced group to learn something.
So doesnt matter how prepared they are. They have 0 experience.
We need to stop this talk about ‘preparation & knowledge’ to them.
Its giving them the impression they can do it without gaining experience first.
