Musk’s company knows these terminals are used in Russia or originate from there in these cases. How are they allowed to operate? Is that legal, just immoral, or are they captured devices? Article seems to indicate illegal imports but Musk&co can still see activation/operating locations and should know a bit more about their origin/intended use. And someone must be paying the subscriptions.
