Mia madre mi ha appena chiamato tutta eccitata e mi ha detto che avrei dovuto guardare velocemente fuori dalla finestra verso est, perché poteva essere visibile anche dalla mia posizione. Si trattava di un oggetto lampeggiante relativamente grande e molto luminoso, chiaramente visibile nonostante la restante luce del giorno. Ha descritto l’oggetto come stazionario, sospeso in un punto. Dopo un breve periodo di circa 4-5 minuti, l’oggetto si allontanò molto rapidamente e improvvisamente scomparve alla vista. L’oggetto era visibile a Oldenburg, in Germania, ma non a Bremerhaven.

Looks like landing lights. Can’t really find anything that’s east of Oldenburg in that timeframe that would have them on though. Only thing is D-EEFM doing a few rounds but that seems too low for your picture.

Most likely helicopter from police with beams on. They hover at relative big height to search a certain area. Most likely the beam was heading in your direction and when they turned the light disappeared, but the helicopter was invisible because of bad sight.
I am living close to three Autobahnen and a channel. Very often police searches people who got missing or they chase cars on the Autobahn. Then the helicopter hovers over these areas for some minutes and then turn away. Usually they are at such height, that you cannot hear the engine on the ground.
This is the sun, trying to break through the clouds and fog. It looked the same in Munich yesterday when you looked up the sky in the early afternoon.
