People who want to genuinely build stuff aren’t going to be submitting endless government forms. This all feels so backwards. Give incentives for people to invest instead of this nonsense
the classic eu move: announce a multi-billion euro fund with a name like “competitiveness” but leave the actual criteria so vague that only consultants and massive corporations can actually access it. meanwhile startups are just drowning in compliance paperwork.
Guys, you know what we should do to increase competitiveness? Increase taxes on our most productive companies and individuals and then hand out subsidies to politically connected paper pushers! Yay Europe, we are the best!
