      The angle other than “convince Russians it’s okay to invade Lithuania” is this just being more typical propaganda to disrupt Lithuanian politics/society. A lot of older Lithuanians will still watch/read/listen to Russian language sources. This is just the usual “the youth are corrupted” stuff and that traditional Russian culture that respects God is the answer.
