      More like Xitter moved the goalposts. The action can still be performed, it’s amazing that THIS is deemed the responsible solution. We are so fucked.

      Government should be drafting legislation to sort this. AI editing peoples image provides almost nothing to society.

      If any other business came out with this – we will stop paedophiles and perverts wherever it’s illegal – they would be run out of town.
      Make an example of Xitter/Musk and switch off/boycott these apps. I know there are other apps out there, but I really think the world needs to set an example and hit Musk where it hurts at this stage.

      Welcome to AI gentlemen. This is the first of many such issues. Restricting political discourse been an example where political parties like the communist Party in america of national front in france can be infringed. Not to mention religion been banded in china or versions banded in saudi arabia. Its a mine field. Things with children. That easy all round. Many other things are basically impossible to manage. VpNs are just one example.

      It’s clear from Musks meltdowns at the uk that he’s got no intention of removing it.

      I can’t imagine what he can implement next that will be worse, but I’m sure he’s already planned something.

      I can’t see our government banning it outright, but what they can do is actually stop using and pull all theirs and any other state owned media from it. Literally take everything off it that is useful for people and post this information on their websites.

      All this outrage over Twitter, but Martin Nolan gives a suspended sentence to a man who has had over 10K images of CSAM material. Not generated, but actual children.

      Why is there no attempt to change that by our elected officials, but they’ll happily take advantage of the headlines to attack Grok(and rightfully so).

      I just wish they would take actual CSAM material as seriously as the generated material.

      Otherwise, you’re just morally inconsistent.
