Il fatto è che, assegnando il premio a Machado, il Comitato per il Nobel ha invitato apertamente Trump a continuare, e addirittura intensificare, l’intervento militare e la diplomazia delle cannoniere in America Latina. Per il Venezuela, ciò significa che un violento cambio di regime è saldamente sul tavolo.

Compromised the prize previously given to Henry Kissinger?
Well, She’s not wrong.
She apparently tried to present the physical medal to Trump. And John Bolton (old UN diplomat) said he was always worried Trump would try to pocket Teddy Roosevelt’s Nobel Prize from the Roosevelt room.
The Nobel Committee? The same one that gave Obama the prize for what… getting elected? The same one that gave it to Yasser Arafat? And Henry Kissinger?
The peace prize has been a joke for quite a while.
For years I’ve wanted us to stop giving out the peace prize. It only ever leads to diplomatic headaches and embarrassment.
I haven’t trusted the Nobel Committee for years! And now less then ever.
Time to end the Nobel Peace Prize
The committee can do 3 things to save its reputation.
1. Strip Machado if he award.
2. Award the 2025 prize to the runner up
3. Bar Trump and Machado from ever winning one in the future.
