It’s not been Queen since Freddie died. Just retire and enjoy your life like Deacon did.

Like anyone wants to see Queen without Freddie anyway

Fair play. Not 100% with him on the badgers thing (I don’t care one way or another, it’s only badgers) but right with him on Glastonbury.
Awful awful festival that claims an entirely different set of beliefs than the reality. Driven by profit, greed, capitalism, monopolism. And yes, I work in the dance music industry where we’re just as guilty if not more, but my point is we don’t pretend otherwise by and large, and don’t think we can come across as the opposite by hiding behind a Greenpeace sign.

Having lived both in the countryside and in the city, all I can say is that city dwellers should keep their damned noses out of countryside business, and those who are country folk should keep their noses out of city and suburban business.
That badger cull that offends people may well be necessary to prevent thousands of cattle succumbing to bovine tubercolosis. The hypocrisy here is that the people who call out animal cruelty on badger culling would probably have little issue with calling in the pest control guys if they were overrun with rats.

I know people are whinging, but a Queen singalong on the Pyramid Stage would be fucking amazing

It’s a pity that they didn’t take a moral stand against performing in Apartheid era South Africa.
He must value badgers more highly than black people.
