Those type of sellers are not usually a physical store, rather than a freelancer that makes the items or tries to find low cost items and sells those toys and objects for a profit at a decent price. Usually they send you the item through a mailing company like BoxNow, Acs box etc. You can chat with them first on Instagram, and they’ll guide you through the process they use. Usually they are legit, but you’ll be more sure when you talk with them and see how they conduct their business.

It doesn’t seem to be an official store, rather an individual making homemade wax candles, jewelry and selling (probably second hand) figurines and plushies

I don’t know if it’s real or not, but it’s probably an illegal online shop. Many people have shops like that, with only an Instagram or a Facebook page, with no actual shop and just homemade crafts. (Think of Etsy, but with tax evasion as a benefit)
Those products tho, don’t look homemade.
Yup, seems legit, went through Street View and it’s there. Never heard of it though
