Only just over half from assault? Lots of gards injure themselves sitting on their balls last year?
Must be carpal tunnel syndrome because there are feck all patrolling the streets.
Thankless job.
Wish they would go back to community style with a garda in every station and every town. They were part of what was going on and could help spot issues before something actually happened. Cuts cuts and more cuts have ravaged the Gardaí and hurt the public perception of the service
