“He’s not out of the woods yet, because we have a stack of evidence against him.

“If the police don’t act against these people, who have been guilty of criminal wrongdoing, then they’ll face private prosecutions. That’s going to happen.”

Is it likely that this private prosecution will ever come to pass? if so what could be the repercussions?

Morgan is the Gerry Adams of journalism in that you know he is been involved in egregious acts but there isn’t any smoking gun evidence to irrefutably prove it.

It really is funny when you see clips of him getting all high and mighty with people as if it isn’t open knowledge he’s one of the most personally horrible cunts out there.

I know you’re not meant to kick a man while he’s down but In this case it is very deserved.

Can he be taken to a private prosecution…..yes.

Do they have a level of evidence to get something…thats the big question.

Hes a slippery cunt, with a lot of enemies, and nothing has stuck so far, which makes me think that, outside of some people coming forward to testify, there just isn’t the evidence to make it stick.

I hope im wrong because if anyone deserved to lose everything, its him.

The interview years ago between them two before (?) New of the World got shut-down was really eye-opening. For one moment I slapped myself remembering Alan Partridge is a character. Steve Coogan was fucking fuming and I’m glad he’s not letting it go.

If anyone heard Morgan’s evidence during Leverson (not given in person, unsurprisingly), it was so painfully obvious that he was fully aware what was going on.

He had content from Heather Mills voicemail, a woman who had been very public about her hatred of him. He claimed that he believed he had her permission to go into her voicemail.
