Questo è stato originariamente trovato negli Stati Uniti, l’ho comprato ad una vendita di libri locale, è un libro di prima degli anni ’30, il biglietto però è del 1937, non conosco la regione specifica, o se viene dalla Germania, nello specifico (forse Svizzera? chi lo sa) ma mi piacerebbe aiutare a tradurlo. sembra essere scritto in un dialetto/grammatica tedesca più antica, poiché nessuno dei miei amici è riuscito a decodificarla completamente. Se fossi così gentile da aiutarmi a tradurlo in inglese, o anche a capirne il significato in tedesco, sarebbe carino, grazie!

It is prop. Jiddish and says something like:
