What Grok has been used for specifically has been to essentially ‘de-cloth’ victims by having grok generate them either nude or with bikini wear. Important distinction to make, as [Mick Moran, CEO of Hotline explains in a convo with Pat Kenny on Newstalk](https://open.spotify.com/episode/2ErReDsqIw5lecqQGOc0zw?si=9c490bb4e90f4ee7) a couple weeks back. He highlights a legal grey area with some of the imagery Grok has produced on behalf of users, citing that there’s a possibility to persue Twitter with the law, but only under Coco’s law, rather than harder hitting laws designated around protecting children as it would be more difficult to frame some of the material as CSAM due to specifics citing what classifies as CSAM in legal definitions.
I personally think Twitter’s assets here should have been fucking seized by the gards and Musk should be dragged via extradition here to answer questions before a tribunal.

I don’t know why they just don’t treat it as a propaganda tool of an adversarial state and ban it.
The US has already come out amd said they want to undermine EU democracy and X is run by a white supremacist, loser.

It mental that twitter is still up, if any other website was hosting child porn it would be gone in an instance
> This puts the company at risk of a hefty fine.
Can only speak for myself and acknowledge my own biases, but that doesn’t feel remotely punitive enough if Twitter / Grok is found guilty.
Is the crime for Pedophiles and sexual exploitation of children usually a “hefty fine”?
This investigation should lead with the fact that Grok’s Imagine Tool[ launched with what’s called ‘spicy mode’.](https://www.theverge.com/news/718795/xai-grok-imagine-video-generator-spicy-mode) The intent to make sexual content for the image gen tool version of Grok was a sober, conscious choice.
