I remember him back when he was a respected academic. His co-author supervised my dissertation and I cited his work in that.
It’s very sad that he’s completely gone off the deep end and left his academic career in tatters in the process.
He has absolutely no chance of winning that seat. The demographic is just never going to vote for Reform.
Genuine question, wtf happened to this lad? I remember reading a book he wrote with Roger Eatwell about Brexit. It went through polling data and it seemed fairly reasonable.
The book was National Populism: The Revolt Against Liberal Democracy.
Hopefully when he appears on Question Time they can stop acting like he isn’t just another Reform stooge now.
