Hey everyone,

I made this map as a part of a series starting with Germany and then moving to the BeNeLux. It’s currently work in progress over on Patreon.

As I am not from Belgium, my French is limited and my Dutch non existent. I had trouble coming up with funny wordplays for the city names. (e.g.: I thought renaming Bruxelles to Bruxils was terribly funny, but that joke probably doesn’t land)

That is where I need your help:

* any fun wordplays for the city names?
* any regions that feel left out? I especially had trouble coming up with ideas for the Flanders-Region as there aren’t a lot of mountains there and it felt a bit empty
* any landmarks I missed?
* any local folklore that could be turned into sth on the map?

I obviously don’t mean to offend anyone. But I’d also like to work with some biases at certain points. E.g.: in Germany I made the Ruhrpott a dry wasteland.
