    yea why would anyone want to buy your arms if you wont let the buyer use them in defense or resell them with out your permission…. It’s not a subscription. Its not a licensing fee or a Terms of Service.

  2. As it should be shunned. Who is going to buy ammo and weapons if they can’t be used.

    This is a step in the right direction, but it will not be enough.

    You just cannot export weapons while stipulating that the buyer cannot use them reasonably to defend themselves. And to most countries, defending themselves doesn’t start at their border, it starts with defending their allies.
