Mike Manning, a former Royal Artillery serviceman, has been accused by a senior Liberal Democrat MP of “antisemitic and xenophobic” posts on the social media site X (formerly Twitter), on an account which he has subsequently deleted.

Best I can do is distance myself from and say he’s entitled to his views.

Cunt sounds fucking despicable. I’m sure Farage will say “he knows nothing about it” then go sell some gold or shout out Jimmy Saville on cameo or whatever

Reform politicians truly are the clag stuck on the side of the toilet bowl. Already dumped one family member who has become ‘British MAGA’.

Fucked up party with fucked up supporters.

Jesus this wasn’t some old crap they dug up from years ago. These were tweets that were sent last month. How smoothbrained is this person to post such junk when they are standing for election? Even beyond the horrific. Racism, how can anyone vote for someone with such terrible judgement?

    >Nigel Farage urged to suspend Reform candidate over ‘abhorrent’ and ‘sickening’ social media posts

If he does this then there would be no candidates left in the Reform party.

Any publicity is good publicity – keeps kermits face in the news.

I wouldn’t hold my breath. They can never condemn things like this because it would, by extension, also be condemning the social media posts of a lot of their voters.

Never let leftists dictate your ideals. Nothing will ever satisfy them. They’re not the voters you need to resonate with and are bad faith. If anything we need to move away from the police state the government and progressives are pushing us towards. Especially when they legitimise hate when it’s politically advantageous.

    LET ME GUESS.

“They weren’t directly racially abusing anyone” so it’s, like, totally fine. Yeah? Is that right, Nigel? Man of the people*, yeah?

Sounds like Manning would be better suited to the Labour party
