    È una truffa sull’appartamento? Si prega di avvisare su questo.

    Sono uno studente internazionale in arrivo alla FAU e sono alla ricerca di un appartamento da un po’. Ho trovato un annuncio su WGGesucht e nell’elenco è stato detto di inviarli tramite e-mail. Ho chiesto tutto quello che potevo e quando ho voluto condividere l’elenco con un amico è stato rimosso dal sito WG. Ora allego gli screenshot. Per favore consigliatemi al meglio. Grazie

      Unless you see it in person, don’t send any money, sign anything or send id photo.

      Even if you see it in person, you don’t do anything involving money unless there is a paper trail and proper paperwork.

      Scam.

      ANY time the owner is NOT avaialble to view it, it’s a scam. Real owners in this position will suggest an alternative time to meet up.

      NEVER TRANSFER MONEY BEFORE YOU HAVE BEEN IN THE FLAT!! And ideally, not until you have the keys in your hand too.
