Absolutely. Even putting potential war crimes or lingering Russian sympathies aside, every single disgruntled, disfigured, and traumatized Russian needs to stay in Russia, putting pressure through cost and actions on the country responsible for their situation.

I wonder what there is to “weigh”.
Russians are citizens of a country whose government is openly hostile to us, at war with one of our neighbours (and potential future member), has been proven to spy on us and meddle in our elections… what the hell is there to “weigh”? Just ban Russians altogether from entering the EU, and do it yesterday. This is years overdue.

As well as non Russians please. (It shouldn’t matter what passport they have). It is a known secret that many Russians got an Israeli passport over the years for instance or a Belarusian (not to be mistaken with Belgian 😂)
