Isn’t the point of negotiatiions to come to agreed points, who does Erdogan puppet think he is setting the terms of talks?

This is the devil in the detail- “UN guarantee that embargoes placed on the Turkish Cypriots be lifted if the Greek Cypriot side leaves the negotiating table again.” So they present unacceptable T&Cs with a take it or leave it, Cyprus refuses, Turkey states Cyprus has left the negotiating table and demands embargo lifted.
