Sabato della settimana scorsa ho visto 2 scarafaggi in bagno e da allora ne ho visto un altro. Vivo in un edificio molto vecchio e non so davvero cosa fare. Ho informato il proprietario della situazione, tutto quello che ha detto è stato “è una città vecchia” e ha alzato le spalle. Vivo nel mio monolocale da più di 3 anni e questa è la prima volta che mi occupo di questa cosa.
Sono un bambino orfano, quindi mi mantengo mentre studio insieme alla città. Ho paura che tutta questa dura prova possa essere attribuita a me, anche se ho tenuto pulita la mia casa. Inoltre, non ho mai visto lo scarafaggio nella zona cucina. È sempre il bagno e non c’è cibo in bagno.
Ho chiamato la disinfestazione tramite telefonata e i prezzi hanno iniziato a farmi piangere. Mi sento impotente e nemmeno al sicuro a casa mia. (Ho una paura enorme degli insetti, figuriamoci delle blatte)

First of, as long as you are not spreeding trash over your appartment or never throw out the garbage you are not responsible for this.
Also you shouldn’t hire pest control yourself if you don’t own the appartment. It is the job of the landlord to do this and they normally don’t want you to do it because they often know a company that gives them a good price.
In the end as dumb as its sound I hope the total “repair” will be over 200fr(very likely) because otherwise it could count as minor repairs and you would have to pay it yourself. But probably the first check up will be a 100 and then when they do it you are way over 200 so not your problem
